⚖️ What Is Your Ideal Weight?
There isn’t one “perfect” weight for everyone. Your healthy weight can depend on several factors, including height, age, sex, muscle mass, and body composition.
One common method used to estimate a healthy weight range is BMI (Body Mass Index), which compares your weight with your height.
For adults, BMI is generally categorized as:
🟢 18.5–24.9: Healthy weight
🟡 25–29.9: Overweight
🔴 30 or above: Obesity
🔵 Below 18.5: Underweight
But remember: BMI is only a screening tool—not a diagnosis. It doesn’t account for muscle mass, bone structure, or where body fat is distributed.
Your overall health matters much more than a number on the scale. ❤️
Know your numbers, but don’t let one number define your health.
