12 large fresh strawberries

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 can crescent roll dough (or puff pastry)

1 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp cinnamon sugar (optional)
Instructions
Step 1 – Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2 – Prepare strawberries
Wash and dry strawberries. Remove the green tops. Scoop out a small hole in each strawberry using a small knife.
Step 3 – Make filling
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Step 4 – Fill strawberries
Fill each strawberry hole with the cream cheese mixture using a small spoon or piping bag.
Step 5 – Wrap dough
Unroll crescent dough. Cut into 12 small squares or strips. Wrap each strawberry completely with dough. Pinch edges to seal.
Step 6 – Brush and sprinkle
Place wrapped strawberries on baking sheet. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.
Step 7 – Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes until dough is golden brown and crispy.
Step 8 – Serve
Let cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
Pro Tip
Do not overfill strawberries. Cream cheese will leak out during baking.
