1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp dried thyme
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Step 2 – Season steak

Step 3 – Cook steak
In the same skillet, add steak pieces in a single layer. Cook for 3–4 minutes without stirring. Flip and cook for 2–3 more minutes.

Reduce heat to low. Add butter and minced garlic. Stir until butter melts and garlic becomes fragrant (about 1 minute).
Step 5 – Add potatoes back
Return potatoes to the skillet. Sprinkle with dried thyme. Toss everything together.
Step 6 – Garnish and serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
