Creamy Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Tortilla Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 lb small shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 6 large flour tortillas (8-inch)
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Cook shrimp and garlic in butter for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Mix cream cheese, parmesan, sour cream, salt, pepper, and parsley. Add shrimp.
  3. Spread filling on tortillas. Roll tightly.
  4. Chill for 2 hours.
  5. Slice into pinwheels. Serve cold or warm.
