Ingredients
- 1 lb small shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 6 large flour tortillas (8-inch)
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Cook shrimp and garlic in butter for 2–3 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, parmesan, sour cream, salt, pepper, and parsley. Add shrimp.
- Spread filling on tortillas. Roll tightly.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Slice into pinwheels. Serve cold or warm.
