Ingredients
For the Crust:

2 cups vanilla wafers crumbs

5 tbsp melted butter
For the Cheesecake Filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sugar

2 eggs

1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 bananas)

1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping:

1 box banana pudding mix (3.4 oz)

1½ cups cold milk

1 cup whipped topping

Vanilla wafers for garnish

Banana slices for garnish
Instructions
Step 1 – Make the crust
Mix vanilla wafer crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Step 2 – Make cheesecake filling
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in mashed bananas and vanilla.
Step 3 – Bake
Pour filling over crust. Bake at 325°F for 45–50 minutes until center is slightly jiggly. Cool completely.
Step 4 – Make pudding topping
Whisk banana pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Fold in whipped topping.
Step 5 – Assemble
Spread pudding topping over cooled cheesecake.
Step 6 – Garnish
Add vanilla wafers and banana slices on top.
Step 7 – Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Pro Tip
Dip banana slices in lemon juice before garnishing. They will not turn brown.
