3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

1 large onion, thinly sliced

3 tbsp oil or butter

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add sliced onions. Cook 2 minutes until soft.

Add potato slices. Spread evenly.

Cook 5–7 minutes without stirring (let bottom get crispy).

Flip and stir. Cook another 5–7 minutes.

Add salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

Serve hot.
