Ingredients
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
2 bell peppers (red + green), sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
Add sausage, cook 5 minutes until browned.
Add peppers and onions. Cook 8–10 minutes until soft.
Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
